Trequanda is located in the east side of Siena province near the Val D’Orcia where you find Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino and near Sinalunga. It is located precisely at 50 kilometers from Siena and about 55 kilometers from Arezzo, 110 kilometers from Florence and 180 kilometres from Pisa. Historically, during the XIII century, the Castel di Trequanda was part of the Sienese republic. At present only the battlements of the castle remain with five bastions and its tower imposing in town. You can also see in the medieval town a clock tower dating to 1380, a splendid parish church dating to 1300, the Chiesetta del Sodo (XVII century), the tower of Molino a Vento with its dovecote, the remains of the ancient Parish of Saint Andrew in Malcenis (VII century) and two of the three gateways, to the town, Porte del Sole and Porta al Leccio.

The development is located walking distance to the old part of Trequanda, with a spectacular view of the Castle and of the rolling hills of the Val D’Orcia and Val di Chiana.

The complex consists of two buildings. Phase I has been finished last Summer 2008 and is a two level building with 7 apartments in total.

On the ground floor and the first floor there are three apartments each and on the second floor there is one larger pent-house.
